Throughout my career with Dermatology Times, I have consistently strived to provide editorial integrity and educational resources to a large audience of clinical experts. As assistant managing editor, I oversee the production of a monthly print publication featuring the latest clinical updates for dermatology clinicians who treat patients every day. I have grown in my skills and leadership abilities as I\'ve progressed from associate editor, editor, senior editor, and now assistant managing editor over the course of nearly 4 years.My passion lies in both story telling and human connection. Even in the medical space of dermatology, the impact of patient testimonies or life-changing research is why so many clinicians, industry experts, and even journalists, are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Outside of print production, I work with clinicians daily to execute expert interviews, manuscript submissions, short-form or \"reel\" social media videos, podcast production, and AI-honed materials. I oversee editorial deliverables related to project management requirements for client-supported programs, as well as manage the daily content planning of a 4-person team and 1 direct report. During my time with Dermatology Times, I have traveled to and provided journalistic coverage at 25 national and international dermatology conferences.
