About Kaitlyn Crespo

I am a senior at Ohio University majoring in Business Pre-Law and Strategic Leadership & Management, with a certificate in Human Resources. I currently serve as a Learning Community Leader, where I organize group activities, study sessions, and one-on-one meetings to help students build connections with peers and university staff, strengthening my leadership, communication, and time-management skills. I am also actively involved in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) program as I continue growing my HR knowledge and professional experience.Since May 2025, I have been an HR Intern at Vocon, where I support recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations, further developing my organizational and professional communication skills.Alongside my academic and HR experience, I have worked at Joey’s Italian Grille (July 2022 – April 2025) as a cashier, hostess, and server, where I managed to-go orders and served an average of seven tables per shift, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and a sense of urgency in fast-paced environments. Prior to that, I worked as a hostess at Bakers Square (June 2021 – April 2023), where I assisted with seating, guest service, and bakery support while maintaining an efficient dining area. I also completed general education coursework at Lakeland Community College from June 2022 to May 2023.
