I’m a people-first recruiting leader with 10+ years of experience in global Talent Acquisition, hiring top talent across cybersecurity, engineering, and research. As Head of Talent Acquisition at Bishop Fox, I lead a team of U.S. and international recruiters, partnering closely with senior leaders to align talent strategy with company growth.What fuels me is the human side of hiring: helping candidates find the right opportunity, creating inclusive pathways into tech, and mentoring recruiters as they grow into leaders. I’ve launched SkillBridge and early talent programs, built in-house executive search capabilities, and led DEI recruiting initiatives that made a real impact on our team and our work.Outside of the day-to-day, I love contributing to the broader conversation around cybersecurity recruiting.
