In business since 1982, Equistaff handles any and all positions with Equine affiliations, from C-suite business professionals to in-barn opportunities. In this role I am responsible for all aspects of the business from A-z including all stages of sales and talent acquisition, as well as marketing, tradeshow appearances, and general business development and operations.

Having spent the better part of my young adult life working hands-on with the horses from Management in the Ocala Thoroughbred Industry to supporting a private Sports Medicine Veterinarian across all of Central Florida, I stumbled into Equistaff a bit by happenstance in 2022. Since then, I have been able to explore and appreciate the full breadth of the Equine Industry through the incredible individuals I have been lucky enough to help! What started as a position sourcing grooms and barn staff quickly grew into recruiting at the highest levels of the Industry. I have placed individuals at the Director and C-Suite levels in Sales, Marketing, Animal Health, and Facility Leadership all across the USA - and absolutely adore every minute of helping candidates and companies alike! I\'ve become a jack-of-all-trades in this position, handling everything from sales and recruiting to marketing, website project management and business development. Learning on the fly has become my superpower, and I am always looking for the next challenge - whether it\'s a new type of position to fill or a new business skill to learn.With the rest of my waking hours, I have my own small Boarding and Training facility where I am still producing a couple of exceptional horses in the Eventing and Dressage disciplines. I start every morning with a feed bucket in one hand and my coffee in the other, and live for the \"lightbulb\" moments in the saddle where the hours of training and care come together. I am fascinated by advancements in equine sports medicine and technology, and am always keen to learn and grow as a horsewoman and industry professional. And once a week, my husband and I do our very best to make the most of the lifestyle that Florida has to offer. Whether we\'re on the offshore fishing, exploring a new coastal town, or going on adventures with our Aussie - we\'re here to make the most of the time we\'ve got, and one day hope to travel the world as well!
