About Kaitlin Sandhaus

Global Implementation Solutions\' mission is to provide customized sustainable project management solutions that support the strengthening of health care systems worldwide. Our vision is that our efforts and contributions will make a positive impact on healthcare systems in the global community.I have been working in the global health field for close to 20 years. I am currently the CEO and co-founder of Global Implementation Solutions, where I am focused on building healthcare capacity in Sub-Saharan Africa. My work is primarily centered around One Health programming, enhancing laboratory diagnostic capacity, biosecurity legislation writing support and creating professional networks throughout the countries that we work. My goal is to help develop sustainable programs that will live long after our projects end. I manage a full-time staff in Nairobi, Kenya, as well as over 100 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout Africa. I am passionate about utilizing local expertise in all aspects of GIS’ activities. I have extensive experience managing large-scale projects, trainings, international workshops and virtual experiences.
