About Kaitlin Rupert

I\'ve spent the past 3 years managing teams and 17 years prior to that developing SasS apps with a focus on backend APIs, both monoliths and microservices, ETL data pipelines, and mentoring. I am currently working towards dual coaching certifications (ICF and NBC-HWC) and am particularly interested in helping others leverage their strengths to find fulling work that aligns with their intrinsic values. As a manager, I strive to create a positive and productive environment for my teams. I am committed to education and mentorship, and I really enjoy growing others so they can reach their full potential. I have a soft spot for working within small, collaborative teams.I have worked with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Django, ETL/data pipelines, Java and Go microservices, Snowflake data warehouses, Python, C, C++/QML, mobile applications, and various kinds of virtualization. I\'ve also been an open source package maintainer. AWS services I\'m familiar with: EKS, SQS, API Gateway, S3 data lake, Elastic Beanstalk, ECS & Docker, Lambda, Aurora PostgreSQL, RedshiftVirtualization technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, KVM, Xen, Linux Containers, LPARs
