Over the past year, I’ve successfully balanced two critical roles: managing a dynamic team of sales managers and working closely with our tech team to drive a business and technological transformation.In collaboration with our engineering and product teams, I’ve been instrumental in building and launching a cutting-edge CRM platform designed to empower our sales team. This platform seamlessly integrates advanced technology with human outreach, allowing us to effectively engage potential clients, optimize sales processes, and achieve higher conversion rates. My hands-on involvement in both sales leadership and technology development has positioned us to better serve our customers, streamline operations, and scale our sales efforts nationally.
