Support strategic planning, program design, and execution of the Entrepreneurial Practice Programs, ensuring achievement of objectives and performance metrics- Collaborate with CFE Faculty and the Director to develop and implement program components- Serve as primary contact for participants and manage recruitment operations- Partner with CFE teams and U-M offices to develop and update policies supporting student experiences- Design frameworks for program evaluation and longitudinal impact assessment- Oversee program logistics, including communications, deadline management, and presentation materials- Plan and execute events such as immersion treks and workshops- Coordinate event logistics (venues, vendors, budgets, catering, transportation, payments) in alignment with UM policies- Develop outreach and marketing materials with the CFE marketing and communications team- Liaise with U-M entrepreneurial and innovation units to foster collaboration- Lead development of student and alumni communities within the programs- Gather and respond to program feedback- Maintain program data in the CFE CRM system- Track students and teams from application through post-program follow-up- Collect and analyze survey and progress data; synthesize findings into reports.
