ABOUT KAITLIN KAYE
Kaitlin is a staunch advocate for human and refugee rights and is passionate about mobilizing the political will to action on these fronts. Kaitlin holds her MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh, where her dissertation assessed the relationship between international military intervention in Afghanistan and UK asylum policy towards Afghan refugees. Her work was included as a research brief for the NGO, United Against Inhumanity (UAI), in their overall goal of creating an independent humanitarian watch. Kaitlin has earned top level advocacy skills from her role as Graduate Researcher and Communications Organizer with UAI. Kaitlin is greatly concerned about the number of humanitarian conflicts there are at present globally, but she remains steadfast in her commitment to seeking policy and advocacy solutions to these crises.
