Hi! I’m Kaitlin Do, and I recently joined Vans Headquarters as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Finance where I discovered how much I enjoy understanding financial trends, forecasting, and connecting data to real business decisions.My interest in finance began with my parents, who built their small business through hard work and perseverance. Watching their journey inspired me to pursue a path where I could support meaningful financial decisions and continue growing both personally and professionally.Before stepping into FP & A, I developed a strong foundation in leadership and communication through 10 years in Girl Scouts, earning the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards. I also gained valuable people skills working in customer service roles across different restaurants. These experiences shaped my ability to collaborate, stay organized, and approach challenges with empathy and curiosity.I’m excited to keep learning, contribute to my team, and build connections within the finance community.
