ABOUT KAITLIN COPAGE

I bring people together to cultivate change, challenge innovation, & continuously look for improvements. I consider myself a positive, upbeat, curious individual. I’ll show up authentically & genuinely even on off days. I might stumble but I keep showing up and thriving for better. I wouldn\'t say I like selling myself, but here are seven things about me. 1)I want to help people / businesses succeed, regardless of how they define success. I’m a firm believe that everyone has something unique to offer, regardless of background, education, personal journeys, & cultural. Through curiosity, tough conversations, & some laughter, I love harnessing individual or organizational superpowers to build strategic approaches to achieve their goals & definitions of success. 2) People call me a consultant – I call it empowering people & businesses to take steps towards their next goal. I lead improvement initiatives & innovation projects in various industries. I help to identify & implement mechanisms that focus on increasing efficiency, promoting accountability, prioritizing, optimizing, improving services delivery, streamlining administration, & promoting innovation.2) I\'m a big promoter of continuous improvement, not only for business but individually. It gets applied in everything I do – even in my day-to-day. How can I optimize the moments of the day? 4) My journey has not been linear; however, it allowed me to learn empathy & vulnerability! I have won humanitarian awards, graduated from university with both an undergrad & master\'s degree & accomplished various certifications along the way. The best part? Sharing that knowledge & coaching future leaders5) Several years ago, I was involved in an abusive relationship. I mention it because it has given me the drive, determination, & believe that nothing is perfect, but everything is possible. It\'s a powerful thing being able to connect with people over things that make us human, imperfect, & vulnerable.6) This is how I would summarize myself (because you are more than a job) – I bring people together who want more, thrive for improvements, & want to be leaders. I lead by coaching (not always by example), I am passionately curious, help problem solve & find ways to push the limits of possible.7) Throw me into any situation & I will swim; I\'m a speedy learner. I am someone who carries herself with an energetic smile, curious approach, & a high achieving but flexible attitude. Life isn\'t about perfectionism; you can learn from everything, let go of the \"old ways,\" & push the limits of possibility.
