At The Raymond Corporation, I manage the commercialized Safety on the Move training program, where I apply adult learning principles and the ADDIE model to design and improve learning experiences. My background spans videography, technical illustration, curriculum support, and cross-functional collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders. This blend of creative design and structured learning strategy allows me to translate complex ideas into resources that inform, train, and engage. A few years ago, I hiked Mount Marcy, New York’s highest peak. As someone who is not an avid hiker and whose idea of a fun time is cuddling with my cats, I naturally wanted to quit dozens of times. But despite muddy boots, mental and physical fatigue, and a slight protein bar overload, I kept going. That persistence is the same energy I bring to my work: solving problems, adapting to challenges, and never losing momentum.
