He manages projects, prepares cost estimates, and oversees quality from start to end of each project. His previous involvement includes bridge decks (Burrard, Pattullo, Port Mann Hwy 1), airports (YVR and CZBB aprons, taxiways, runways), parkades (Suncreek, Park View) retention tanks (JAMES, Annacis Island WWTPs), and heritage buildings (Ruskin Powerhouse). He is also experienced in concrete mix design applications and methods of placement/consolidation/curing. Kais is a motivated professional who specializes in quality and has held respectable positions in both the municipal government and private sector.
