POC for Winder Yield Monitoring, using HALBOT for thrice-daily assessments to flag low-yield tools and propose corrective actions. Executed 8D deep dives in COMPASS to analyze yield loss, document root causes, and provide detailed “Passdowns” with future action plans. Led a process improvement project to reduce missed rollers by designing color-coded schematics and collaborating with the Engineering team to create a SolidWorks blueprint for AN, CA, SEPA, and Seal Tape, ensuring accurate web path flow and seamless updates upon modifications. Improved operational efficiency by streamlining the OCAP checklist for MTs to minimize downtime and enhance accountability while designing a comprehensive 4-week training program with a refined skills matrix, accelerating new hire readiness and ensuring technical proficiency.Created JIRA tickets, collected QC samples, and analyzed Six Pack Reports in Minitab, calculating CPK to identify deviations and collaboration with Engineering Team.Designed and implemented a horizontal and vertical safety jig for Jelly Roll dissections to address rising hand injuries, reducing safety incidents and enhancing operational safety compliance. Participated in a Kaizen event to reduce missed rollers by analyzing root causes using Heat Maps, Fishbone Diagrams, 5 Whys, and Surveys, implementing solutions such as sequential roller labeling and updated Web Break Recovery instructions with a verification step. Performed equipment setups and adjustments, including Winder Vision Pre-flights, RAJ pitch angle modifications, and Nylon Tip screw replacements, along with preventative maintenance to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards across various production stages.
