My work goes beyond training: I partner with managers and teams to create strategic engagement that strengthens relationships, builds trust, and enables discretionary effort aligned to business goals.I manage campus recruitment for all functions and ensure trainees are genuinely job-ready through structured pre-joining development. I also support lateral hiring for functions. In addition to the above, employer branding—shaping our careers narrative across the website, social media, and new talent initiatives to position DSP as a place where people can grow with purpose.At the heart of what I do is a simple belief: always go above and beyond—to enable people to grow, teams to perform, and the organisation to move forward with intent.
