I believe that conviction means being part of the solution, and meaningful work begins where intention meets effort. My studies in Political Science and Journalism at Boston University allow me to pursue my passion for creating change within and beyond the communities I exist in through investigative research, empirical action, and a grassroots approach to policy implementation. I am interested in exploring the intersection between politics and the financial capacity of political actors, how race and culture-based intersectionality can positively influence policy implementation, and connecting with the public eye through writing.To fill my time outside of the classroom, I strand myself in forests and sleep under the stars, DJ on my university\'s radio station, and write for various student-centered outlets.
