My name is Kailin Dent and I am a Project Manager at Globus Medical in the Deformity division.I’m an actively licensed COTA/L turned product manager. My background in occupational therapy has given me a deep understanding of human behavior, user needs, and the real-world challenges people face every day. I’ve worked closely with diverse populations to identify barriers, design personalized solutions, and measure meaningful outcomes which translate directly into building thoughtful, user-centered products.Through my clinical experience, I’ve developed strengths in problem-solving, empathy-driven design, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.
