Current participant in the UCSB Environmental Leadership Incubator (ELI), a 9-month program that empowers students to develop innovative solutions to pressing environmental challenges. Through project-based learning, mentorship, and trainings, participants gain hands-on experience in leadership and collaboration. Co-manager of FLOW: Facilitating Lab Optimization and Waste Program to improve UCSB’s long-term laboratory waste management practices and decrease unnecessary incineration rates.
