Areas of Working Genius: Tenacity and InnovationA career in Human Resources isn\'t exactly something most kids dream about. however learning about the impact employee engagement can have on an organization, using people analytics to progress business outcomes, changing workplace culture and helping people achieve their fullest potential while staying true to their authentic selves is more than I EVER could\'ve imagined. In my current role as a Sr. People Analytics Consultant, it\'s my job to make sure my internal clients make better people decisions. To my team, I bring an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University (whoop!) in Psychology, with a double minor in Human Resource Development and Business Administration. I also just completed my MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Dallas. My knowledge and skills from past roles revolve around employee engagement, talent review, culture work, digital marketing, University Recruiting, intern program management and serving clients as an HR Business Partner at a rural manufacturing site. I have a strong passion for showing young girls that they can do ANYTHING and I am thankful Girls, Inc. of Tarrant Country allows me opportunities to volunteer and serve.
