Being voted “most likely to talk your ear off” by peers in my professional business fraternity (shoutout Alpha Kappa Psi), I am sure we can find something exciting to talk about. This is precisely why I love the hospitality industry. I want to talk to you. I want to get to know you. As humans, we’re complicated, we’re different, and we’re all juggling a million things at once…but we’re all interconnected. What’s more, we’re all in this together! My idol once told me that she admires how I can talk through other people’s troubles as if they were my own. That people are confident coming to me, knowing that we will reach a meaningful solution together. Not just a quick fix. This compliment ignited my passion for hospitality, and I will be forever grateful.I am not here to waste your time — I fully believe that life’s too short. Whether I am showing off my school as a University Ambassador, presenting the best meal of your life as a Country Club server, or meeting up for ice cream as an old friend, I am willing to bend over backwards to make your dreams a reality.
