ABOUT KAILEY FIEDLER-GOHLKE

Kailey Fiedler-Gohlke, Ed.D, CRC is the Chief Executive Officer of HERO House NW, a nonprofit organization dedicated to psychiatric rehabilitation through the evidence-based Clubhouse model. Since joining the organization in 2012, Ms. Gohlke has led its strategic growth, expanding its reach across Washington State and advocating for increased investment in behavioral health services.Ms. Gohlke earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and International Studies from the University of Washington and her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Washington University. She completed her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University in 2025.A recognized leader in her field, Ms. Gohlke was named a subject matter expert on the Clubhouse model by the Washington State Health Care Authority in 2020. Under her guidance, more than 11 new Clubhouses have launched across the state. She also serves on the Faculty for Clubhouse Development with Clubhouse International, where she travels globally to assess Clubhouse programs for accreditation.In addition to her leadership at HERO House NW, Ms. Gohlke contributes to the broader behavioral health and rehabilitation community. She serves on the Advisory Board for Western Washington University’s Rehabilitation Counseling program and is a member of King County’s Mental Illness and Drug Dependency (MIDD) Advisory Board. In 2023, she was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the Top 40 Under 40 leaders in the Northwest. Most recently, she was appointed to the State of Washington’s Joint Legislative Executive Committee on Behavioral Health.Ms. Gohlke lives in Seattle with her husband, their young son, and their beloved cat, Ella. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling the world and spending quality time with her family.
