Prepare correspondence, announcements, postings, departmental emails, and memos as needed.• Maintain all logs (new hire, termination, transfers, performance management, department meetings,turnover reports) on an ongoing basis and prepare corresponding and assigned reports in a timely,accurate manner.• Assist with all benefits administration including group health insurance, 401k, PTO requests, leave ofabsence, jury duty pay, etc. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, forms are accurate andadministered promptly.• Create and maintain all electronic personnel files, including all e-filing and logging of new hire paperwork,performance management, medical, confidential, PAFs, etc.• Assist with logging and maintaining records for performance management, inclusive of annual reviews,disciplinary documentation, succession planning, etc, and prepare related reports as needed.• Assist with maintaining OSHA Log and Workers Compensation Log and files. Assist with coordinatingmodified duties or other Workers\' Compensation items.• Assist in the production of the Team Member Newsletter.• Provide general assistance and information related to benefits,transfers, and other related matters.• Assist with the Team member Awards & Recognition Programs and with Team member Relations Events.• Keep team member bulletin boards and the Stream current, post memos, pictures of team member events,etc.
