Develop full-funnel marketing strategy and budget plan to drive awareness and sales for Create-to-Learn products & increase the scale of Crayola Education. Manage content and asset development, paid media and organic search optimization, database management, email marketing asset creation and deployment, and co-branded education marketing partnerships. Create strategic messaging for Crayola Education and manage deliverables to include: email design, online community engagement, social media, print collateral, landing pages, PR presentations, and display ads. Manage Crayola involvement in Education tradeshows and Thought Leadership events, including but not limited to National/Regional Education Conferences and Summits; manage the consultants who assist with these events. Manage multi-platform campaigns for Crayola Education including media planning, campaign set up, optimization, and reporting in channels that include but are not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ad Network, Twitter Ads Manager, and other media buying and affiliate marketing. Develop the social media strategy for Crayola Education, create and schedule monthly content calendar, monitor channel health, and optimize creative and tactics to maximize reach and grow audience. Establish and track KPIs to measure performance of all Education Digital Marketing. Provide data-driven recommendations to Education Director for improving future campaigns. Serve as Project Manager for Crayola Education initiatives and provide sales support to Crayola teams by developing sales presentations and customized sales collateral used by e-commerce, retailers, and distributors.
