Fifteen years ago, I stepped into the world of learning as a curious observer of what makes people and organizations thrive. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a career with progressively complex assignments. From running assessment centers at AXA to leading global learning projects at Willis Towers Watson, and now working on learning strategies at EY India, my journey has been anything but linear. Each role taught me something profound: learning is no longer about courses-it’s about creating ecosystems that enable adaptability, resilience, and future readiness.Today, I am the Learning Manager for EY’s Deal Advisory and EY-Parthenon teams, where I have worked on curating, creating and deploying multiple academies, piloting Trusted Business Advisor pathways for colleagues across all people management ranks, and driving AI adoption in learning and business. I strive to design experiences that prepare people not just for today, but for what’s next.
