New and Relocation of injection Mould from Germany, Poland, and China.2) Lead New Project or Product Development from Project Start (RFQ) to Production Handover.3) Conduct Project Kick off meeting with German stakeholders’ and German Steering Board.4) Prepare details project tracking sheet and monitor progress to meet timelines. 5) Making resource planning for new project with internal and external team.6) Conduct dimensional and functional feasibility studies and seek approval from the steering board.7) Collaborate with the tool room team for design for manufacturing (DFM) studies and present to German stakeholders for approval.8) Review tool designs with Indian and German Project Team. 9) Lead weekly review meetings with Indian and German stakeholders for Plastic product and Mould development.10) Calculating ROI of the project & presenting in steering board for budget approval.11) Lead monthly review meetings with German steering board for running projects related to plastic product and Mould development.12) Handle APQP Activity of New Project and Maintain Records of APQP as per APQP Procedure, APQP Time Plan & WI.13) Initiate Tool Trial or Sample Trial Run (FOT or T0, T1, T2.).14) Excellent Knowledge of Injection Moulds and Process 15) Create product folders for new or relocated moulds.16) Article Inclusion - Master Data Set up & Customize article setup in ERP & assembly line. Document preparation for Assembly and Testing.17) Create Change request for replacement tools, Moulds, devices, relocation & parallel production & also check the effect18) Collaborate Sourcing of Moulds/Device/Machines from Germany, Poland, and China.19) Conduct FMEA/VSM process and Monitoring Product Life Cycle20) Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.21) Performing Process Capability Study SPC, MCT, MSA and Maintain Record for Initial Parts as per Plan.
