Our core mission is to empower traditional weaving clusters across India by providing fair wages and sustained livelihood, while translating their craftsmanship into globally relevant, design-forward collections.I oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle — from seasonal mood boards, fabric sourcing, and design planning to sampling, production coordination, and quality assurance. I also work closely on building the brand identity, customer engagement strategies, and expanding into new verticals such as menswear, children\'s wear, and home furnishings.
