As a senior communications and marketing leader, I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to messaging, engagement and brand storytelling, building trust, advancing mission priorities and delivering measurable impact.In my current role as Chief of Communications & Marketing, I lead a high-performing team responsible for crisis response, enterprise communications, digital strategy and Veteran outreach. Under my leadership, we’ve delivered award-winning campaigns, increased public awareness and set new standards for communication excellence across the organization.To me, leadership means more than direction; it’s about developing people. I’m deeply committed to mentoring emerging professionals, cultivating future leaders and fostering a culture of trust, accountability and high performance.
