Hi, I\'m Kaija, Talent Acquisition Coordinator at DigiKey. I graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Oswego with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Mathematics. During my time at SUNY Oswego I wrote my honors thesis,\"Mitigating Microaggressions in the Workplace,\" held several student leadership positions, interned in HR at Excellus, and volunteered in my free time.Outside of academics and work, I crochet and knit, often writing my own patterns for clothes or creating toys for my cats, Stormy and Sunny.
