Data Center, Cloud, AI, CSPThermal solution provider including Liquid Cooling and Air Cooling• Work in making and developing the rack mount cooling solutions including liquid cooling system (Liquid to Liquid CDU, Liquid to Air AALC, sidecar), immersion cooling, liquid cooling components (cold plate, water block and manifold), air cooling components (heat sink, 3DVC and fan) for AI server, GPU/ CPU, Cloud Infrastructure, data center, server, storage, switch with major USA CSP customers and oversea ODMs directly to develop the NPI projects, control the processes for developing new products with our own factories and outsourcing vendors.• Lead cross-functional team including product designing and product planning management, sales, business development, technical consultant, project management and multiple Delta production sites management.• OEM/ODM project management: manage the projects from enterprise OEM/ODM accounts also handled sales service and technical consulting and support at the first line. Work with global tier 1 enterprise clients in high tech cloud, server, telecom and computing industries directly, starting from early designing /engineering stage of the NPI, DFx, RFx process, new product approval process and FAI data in multiple build stages, ramp to MP sustaining stage and post sales service. • Business Development• Supply chain management: work with the WW suppliers come for the OEM/ODM projects and products.
