Placemate is bridging the gap between underutilized properties and locals who need seasonal and long-term housing in tourist towns. Our trusted online platform allows homeowners and property managers to list their properties and connect with vetted locally employed tenants seeking housing. We work with local government teams to develop and administer various housing incentive programs, which provide grants to homeowners who rent to local employees.
