Hi, I’m Teresa based in Seattle WA. On paper, I’m a seasoned program management professional but I don’t like to be defined by my job titles: I think of myself as a change agent driving positive changes around me, be it in LIFE - creating infographics and building platforms to make maternal health knowledge more accessible, helping women make informed decisions about their bodies, health, and their babies, or at WORK - advocating for internal and external customers and ensuring we build inclusive product and engineering solutions. I\'m most excited about making an impact through problem-solving and innovation. I thrive in environments filled with ambiguities, where I have the autonomy to think outside of the box, tap into new knowledge/skills, bring cross-functional teams together, and take calculated risks to solve complex problems. I\'m also thrilled by introducing technologies wherever possible to improve processes and efficiency for my team so that we can focus on building the next big thing. I\'m data-driven but also cherish the value of people and the qualitative data they bring along. Professionally trained in my early career in public relations, I tell powerful stories backed by quantitative and qualitative data, drive effective communications across stakeholders, and influence high-impact business decisions. I have a track record of identifying gaps and problems, creating high-impact complex programs from the ground up, and using the Agile framework to program-manage product and engineering roadmaps to deliver results that delight our customers and earn their trust.
