ABOUT KAIE SMALL-WARNER
As Director of Research and Impact at BRE, my goal is to create strong cross-sector collaborations that accelerate meaningful change and leave organisations and communities better than we found them. I use my expertise in sustainable business models, project management, and research to help public and private sector organisations investigate, measure, and scale the positive impact of their activities across the built environment. Throughout my career, I’ve delivered programmes on circularity, renewable energy, and sustainable construction - turning complex goals into practical, high-value outcomes. I am driven by the global need to align with responsible business principles and deliver the Sustainable Development Goals. I champion colleague engagement and training on sustainability principles and emerging topics. I help shape cross-sector approaches to responsible innovation as chair/ member of various interest groups. Sustainability must be embedded in every aspect of how we do business.
