I build things that didn\'t exist before.Over the course of my career at PwC Canada, I\'ve founded the firm\'s privacy office from the ground up, led enterprise-wide risk and technology transformation, and redesigned how the firm contracts.That pattern — seeing a gap, building the solution, and leaving something measurably better than I found it — is what defines my career. I\'m not a compliance officer who inherited a program. I\'m a builder who happens to have deep legal and privacy expertise.My work sits at the intersection of law, data, technology, and operations. As Chief Privacy Officer, I shepherded PwC Canada through GDPR compliance and served as the firm\'s Data Ethics authority through a major technology modernization — embedding privacy principles into new systems at the design stage, not as an afterthought. As Risk Transformation Business Leader, I drove institutional change across process, technology, and operating model to make a Big 4 firm measurably easier to work with.I\'m a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), a Certified Information Privacy Manager, and a member of the Law Society of Ontario. My academic background spans law, forensic sciences, and biotechnology — which gives me a scientific rigour that I bring to every regulatory and technical challenge.What I\'m most proud of isn\'t the credentials. It\'s the teams. I\'ve built privacy and legal functions that people wanted to be part of — where junior professionals got real stretch opportunities and grew into senior leaders. Executives trusted me with their hardest problems.
