About Kai Barnum
Hi, I’m Kai! I am currently attending the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington where I am working to establish connections and immerse myself in the world of design via the Visual Communication Design program. While my background is in visual design, I am highly interested in establishing meaningful interactions between people and the products they use everyday. I’m a firm believer that design should be a collaborative space for creatives and non-creatives alike to engage in harmony.I have strong public speaking skills and have worked within various teams of different sizes and backgrounds. I am also quick to pick up new skills and am always looking for fresh challenges and opportunities. Additionally, I have practiced and studied Spanish for more than 15 years and have since earned a seal of biliteracy and been declared a native speaker by the Spanish government for my dedication to the language.
