Those skills landed me in the commercial insurance world, where I’ve become a self‑confessed “insurance nerd.” Today, I specialize in commercial real‑estate finance, advising on Commercial Mortgage‑Backed Securities (CMBS).I’m the person at the conference raising my hand. The one who asks “why?”. The person in the webinar asking \"how?\". I walk into meetings like \"what if?\". I believe that knowledge equals agency.
