I am interested in the gut microbiome and how it can interact with the host via various axis to modulate health. From metabolism related diseases to inflammatory bowel syndrome and even neurological diseases such as Alzheimer\'s disease, the gut microbiota has played a fascinating role which creates huge impact to our health.
