Kai is a Senior Manager and part of the AEQUITA Operations team. Together with the team, he is responsible for the restructuring and transformation of the portfolio companies.Before joining AEQUITA, Kai gained many years of experience in a Munich-based consulting boutique. There he mainly managed transformation and efficiency improvement projects. His focus was on production and production network optimisation, as well as managing cross-functional teams to implement measures in the areas of purchasing, development, logistics and sales. Prior to that, he held positions in the automotive and automotive supplier industry and completed a trainee program in sales at an online startup.Kai studied economics at LMU Munich and innovation management at the University of London.
