ABOUT KAI WALKER

As managing director, Workplace Benefits Research and Inclusion Transformation, my goal is to provide meaningful and actionable insights for organizations to support the financial well-being of their employees. In this capacity, I lead a team of dedicated and highly experienced professionals, who create and deliver research focused on today\'s multigenerational workforce, aging and longevity, public policy, employee financial wellness and emerging workplace benefit trends. This research is shared with stakeholders across the organization, leading industry and civic groups, as well as individuals and institutions. Through these efforts our team seeks to enhance employee well-being, foster financial inclusion and address the unique challenges confronting today’s workforce. Having worked in a variety of capacities within financial services including client relationship management, sales, technology and operations throughout my career, I have valued the opportunity to share my experience, and inspire and educate with the goal of helping individuals and their families pursue their best financial lives. Beyond my day-to-day duties as a member of our senior leadership team, I serve as an executive sponsor for our Employee Engagement & Inclusion Council, our local Intergenerational Employee Network, and serve as co-COO for our global Parents and Caregivers network.
