ABOUT KAI SEALY

I am a multifaceted 4th year student majoring in Biochemistry with minors in Psychology and Biomedical Ethics. Honing a passion for learning, medicine, altruistic service and inclusivity, I possess a keen interest in differential learning styles and support within the classroom with specific focus on child development, Autism and the Audhd complex. I have also garnered over 100 research hours in psychological, biological and chemical phenomena strengthening my research and data analytics skills. At the helm of social media strategy for a Private Company, my role entails crafting digital content that bridges cultures and markets across Barbados, New York, and Toronto. With over three years of experience managing online presences, the role has refined my skills in communication, data analysis, and the use of Adobe Design Programs to narrate compelling stories that drive engagement and uphold organizational values. My tenure as a Youth Ambassador for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean has been integral in developing my diplomatic acumen, enabling me to effectively advocate for community interests while fostering international connections. These roles have not only harnessed my competencies in dynamic digital communication but also underscored my commitment to promoting cultural exchange and understanding through technology. While my academic pursuits are closely aligned with sciences and the STEM field, I independently diversify my skill set and knowledge across many disciplines. These disciplines included finance, investment, marketing, market concepts and risk assessment within a financial framework. Understanding the global market in a psychological and financial context is essential to producing the most impactful and forward focused advancements in our societies.
