Develop, implement, and optimize PCB manufacturing processes, including stencil printing, solder paste application, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, AOI, and X-ray inspection.Provide day-to-day support to SMT production lines to resolve process, equipment, and quality issues in real time.Define and maintain process parameters to ensure product quality and compliance with IPC and industry standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and cost savings.Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for SMT-related defects and failures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, test, and supply chain) to support new product introduction (NPI) and design-for-manufacturability (DFM) efforts.Specify, validate, and maintain SMT equipment, tooling, and fixtures; coordinate preventive maintenance with equipment technicians.Develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.Train operators and technicians on SMT processes and best practices.Support factory audits, including ISO, customer, and FDA regulatory requirements.
