Serves as the lead administrator for the Gynecologic Oncology Service Line across the enterprise, driving strategic alignment with the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations and broader institutional objectives. In partnership with executive leaders, develops and implements service line strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence.Fosters collaborative relationships with stakeholders across departments and centers to promote a unified, solutions-oriented approach to patient care delivery and service improvement. Provides administrative leadership and, in coordination with department and center leadership, oversees financial performance and operational efficiency across all patient care areas within the Service Line.Responsibilities include oversight of all outpatient clinic locations, as well as testing and procedural areas specific to the Service Line. Ensure a high standard of care, operational integrity, and strategic advancement across the ambulatory enterprise.
