As coach, trainer and facilitator, I specialize in the personal empowerment of individuals, groups and companies, lately with a strong focus on functional AI-tools and workflows. My former professional background as Director of Marketing & PR of an international media company gives me a solid understanding of the challenges and needs of companies looking for new and sustainable ways to empower and inspire their employees. I run a Lohas-Lifestyle Blog called Human Posture, which is closely connected to my love for the Southern Indian martial art and healing art Kalari.
