What have my current roles to do with cooking? I love my job and I LOVE cooking - believing I am quite good at it! Cooking perfectly translates to my work of business. What’s my secret recipe: 1. CONNECT – know what base ingredients are necessary for the desired taste: I live my internal and external network by bringing the right people together for a transformational challenge or other projects. COMBINE – what else should be added to “WOW!” the patrons aka clients: I use experience, gut feeling and fantasy, go beyond what is normally prescribed, and juggle items simultaneously to deliver on goals. This is only possible to my long experience in the different fields of work (and my cooking passion). As a result of over twenty years of experience I have acquired the skill-set necessary for pushing initiatives to global scale, developing new ideas and increasing performance of my clients. Pieces of my history: I started as an auditor by trade before I switched into the transaction due diligence area. Later, I was part of the core team that built-up the Transaction Project & Program Management group of EY (OTS/TSE). Having led multiple, multi-billion and cross-globe carve-outs and integrations enables me now to transfer these acquired skills and knowledge to any other (even non-transaction-related) projects. For 3 years I was part of the Global and EMEIA Sell & Separate Leadership team. Since July 2025, I proudly took a core-position in the Mobility, Aerospace & Defence sector (on Germany and EuWest level). And last but not least: I spent more than five years in the business jungle of New York. Fighting through as a local hire was eye-opening from a cultural perspective and shaped and sharpened my work-ethic and wider skill-set. Please ping me for any questions regarding EY.
