ABOUT KAI FEJER
I was schooled at an Ivy League institution, was raised by two prolific entrepreneurs and embody a sophisticated sense of style and self expression. I am tenacious, a professional and play the role of conductor in business and design exceptionally well. I have worked internationally, am a perfectionist, a visionary and have always taken the path less traveled. Project management, luxury design, and hospitality are my passion; seeing projects from inception through completion, entirely compelling. I was Development Coordinator in the construction and realization of Four Seasons Hotel, Gresham Palace, Budapest from through 2004. From Eastern Europe to Talisker Development Corp in Toronto, a privately held, circa 1 billion dollar real estate and development firm. I launched an award winning product into the international marketplace in 2010. I joined the global corporate head offices of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2015. I oversaw Design for a portfolio of FS properties comprising The Americas including FS properties in the U.S, Hawaii, the Caribbean, South America and Mexico. I managed the design and realization of new hotels, resorts and private residential projects. I also oversaw the planning and execution of small, medium and large capital projects including full hotel and resort re-positionings. I also curated and authored Four Seasons Design Briefs on behalf of the company, creating the personality of every hotel, resort and private residence in the FS global portfolio through imagery and copy. I am recognized for my design vision, project management skills, work ethic, pragmatic attitude and professionalism. I have worked with the world\'s most significant hotel Ownership groups for over two decades, including Cascade Investments (Bill Gates) and MSD Capital (Michael Dell). I have also had the pleasure to work with the finest designers, construction management teams, master planners, architects, art, health and wellness consultants the world over. I recently joined Miami-based Gencom Group, an investment firm that owns, operates and develops prized real estate globally, with an emphasis on luxury hotels, resorts and branded residential properties as Vice President of Design.
