As a preferred partner, I provide support and guidance to managers and local teams with my HR expertise, assisting them with strategic decision-making and operational challenges. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Team, I actively participate in all regional recruitment efforts, while also suggesting new sources and tools to optimize talent acquisition. I am responsible for performance management across the region, developing individual qualification plans for employees, and monitoring their training needs. Employee relations and employment law matters are also within my purview, as I strive to foster a positive work environment. I enthusiastically engage in cross-functional HR projects aligned with my talents and interests, collaborating closely with the regional HR leader to shape the operational HR strategy. Monitoring key metrics and indicators is second nature to me, and I regularly provide quarterly reports to track the success of HR initiatives. As a proponent of workplace well-being, I initiate and coordinate projects that promote a healthy work environment. By embodying our company values and actively promoting our employer branding both internally and externally, I contribute to establishing our company as an employer of choice. As an organized professional, I also manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
