As a junior at Carthage College majoring in communications with a minor in business administration, I’m hopeful I can dive into the world of human resources and management. My coursework and college path are helping me develop a deeper understanding of the skills and characteristics necessary for success in these fields. Beyond school, I wish to gain real-world experience that sharpens my problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
