Experience with developing and managing a team of 16 Project Controls Analysts supporting project scheduling, estimation, cost controls and risk management. Developed standards, procedures, plans, reports, and templates in all areas of Project Controls. Provide Sr. Management and project teams the data that supports strategic decision making and proactively address potential issues and concerns- Supported two multibillion-dollar mega LNG project development efforts ($2B & $13B) and provided oversight of TIC development for Economic analysis, EPC estimation validation, integrated schedule development, risk analysis and risk based contingency calculation- Developed and implemented the risk management framework and risk-based project contingency calculation methodologies utilizing Monte Carlo Simulations. Prepared presentation and communicated our risk management process and risk analysis results to the upper management as well as the banks/lenders and potential partners- Contributed and heavily involved in the Capital Value Process. As a key contributor to the CVP implementation, work with multiple functions and disciplines, coordinate preparation of CVP deliverables, and ensure the timely delivery of the documents- Led the implementation of project financial management system – Cognos TM1. Worked with the system architect, developer, business systems analyst, and end users to develop the cost analysis system that enables accurate and streamlined project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting.
