ABOUT KAHO OKAYAMA

I am a good team player. To broom beautiful flowers, nice thick tree trunk is essential but not so many people focu on that. However, I don\'t mind to be a tree trunk to deliver excellent results, like flowers as a team members. I am very passionate about helping people especially for vulnerable people with compassion and empathy for their better life. Being a registered nurse has been a dream come true as I get to work with different types of patients that need help, care, and encouragement. I have spent a lot of time working with psychiatric patients. It is demanding work, but at the same time, very fulfilling as I help patients live a productive life and make them feel like they are contributing members of society. Aside from taking care of patients, I have also mentored co-workers by helping them develop professionally and overcoming challenges at the workplace. Also, I have worked in different disciplines and have always resolved issues and overcome challenges with a positive attitude. Furthermore, I believe in always pushing and improving myself and have obtained numerous certificates and attended seminars to upgrade my skill set.
