Develop, promote and maintain an effective safety culture that reflects Boskalis Subsea Services • Values, NINA and the management system, and aligns to current legislation and industry best practice.• Incident recording and investigation.• Ensure appropriate risk management activities are undertaken in support of vessel operations and so that risk is mitigated to As Low As is Reasonably Practicable (ALARP)• Provide guidance on specific high-risk activities (e.g, NORM Management, H2S, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry), identify and support the implementation of suitable controls.• Development and delivery of in-house SHEQ training material• Auditing and audit follow-up.• Engagement with Vessel Master• Facilitating and chairing HIRA’s Level 2 • Engage with the Client of SHE-Q related project matters.• Site SHEQ representative during project activities such as Mobilization/Demobilization• Facilitating and chairing project HAZIDS
