Develop, lead and implement statewide strategy for new and existing multi-faceted pay-for-performance contract negotiations and initiatives for large health systems and complex care providers. Responsible for health plan enterprise initiatives to convert network contracted providers (over 50% of health plan membership) to Advanced Payment Models. Responsible for understanding local market dynamics, supporting the execution of clinical program activities and fostering partnerships with local providers, other managed care organizations and TennCare State Officials. Evaluate payment innovation program success and effectiveness, align efficiency thresholds, and establish quality performance targets and improvement methodologies. Conduct financial analysis, data trend management and provide project updates to Executive Leadership for bid strategy and decision making. Formulize strategies and concepts that drive financial and operational results, and influence overall outcomes. Lead, coach and train Program Managers, high level clinical and non-clinical staff and other colleagues.
